I need some advice!!!

I have been a long time "lurker" for over 10 years. Finally, with the permission of my loving wife, I am starting a new tickling company. I plan to focus mainly on tickling clean, bare feet on gorgeous young women. I have a great camera, several locations, and access to dozens of willing victims...I am ready to live the dream!


What should I do next?
Are there any pitfalls to avoid?
Are any producers making decent $$$?

Don't know how qualified I am, but...

..as someone who has consumed (viewed, not eaten) many many tickle videos, and as a businessman, I would applaud your entree into the world of fetish video. I have talked to some producers over the years and read some stories about their challenges, and here I will list what I understand as some of the advantages an drawbacks:

Advantages:
You get to participate or watch and direct young girls tickling and getting tickled.
You get the satisfaction of creating a piece of art
You will have a level of fame in our small niche of tickle aficionados
You will meet a lot of people, some will be cool.

Disadvantages:
The fetish subgenre won't make you filthy rich. I think most are fortunate to break even (hey, you're not paying to do this, right?)
Models can be a pain in the ass
Customers can be a pain in the ass
You will meet a lot of people, some will be jerks

I am not in this for the money, although I have no doubt that a few "Golden Feather-level" sites are making enough money to expand their catalogue. I am willing to pay my models, if they are insanely ticklish, for sharing their "gift."
