Get yourself to a gathering and that's very possible, I didn't see any 10 on 1 at NEST last year but I know at least 5 on 1.

If you're visiting The Dominion and tipping the other girls $20 a cameo to come in and tickle. I've found that while the usual cameo is 5 minutes, sometimes you can get a whole roomful of girls in one room tickling you at the same time.
