Tis called, "Life." Seriously, buying a house is tedious and a drawn out process. Painting is a pain as well. That is another drawn out process that is just time consuming.

Yeah, houses are quite time consuming, especially those that are advertised as "needing minor repairs". I really dig the tent living, myself. I did it for about a year and i loved it. The only real house repair i had to do was buy a new rainguard about midway through the circuit season. Of course, the tent did have its cons too. No climate control, not much privacy, no bathroom, no kitchen, and if the campgrounds were uneven or rocky it was a little uncomfortable. Even still i miss it. Much simpler way to go.

Hang in there. Home ownership is worth all of the work. Once you have built up some equity in your home, you will have a little more wiggle room.

Ummm.....I hope you're moistening it as you scrape. It's much quicker, easier and neater.

AFA the rest of the stuff...It is a lot of work. But, think of how good you feel when it's all done and looks great! It's worth it!
