The first thing you need to do is have your own space where you can upload the images AND hotlink to them. If you have that, then all you need to do is upload the images to your space, hit the IMG button in a post you want to place it in and enter the address of your image. If your space doesn't allow hotlinking, then the best you can do is simply post the link within a post and let people go to it themselves.
