Natalie Portman has had strong reactions during scenes in movies, but, I believe this interaction between Jessica Alba and ol' what's his name looks like between takes horseplay.

I love that reaction and I don't doubt she's extremely ticklish. If only she got tickled the way Natalie did in movies. She was my white whale... never got to see her properly tickled in her prime.
