Hello everyone.
Long time member and even longer lurker. I am currently 37 years old and discovered my tickle fetish around age 13, so it's been a while lol.
Tickling has always been important to my sex life. Honestly it's been the overwhelmingly dominant element of it for as long as I can remember. Lately, the energy hasn't been there. If anything, tickling has been making me feel disgusted. Part of it is me, because there has been a conflict between my fetish and the rest of my intimacy life for a while, but in general tickling hasn't done anything for me lately, which is strange. I even have a girlfriend from the vanilla world who is happy to indulge me and I don't even want to tickle her anymore.
It kinda makes me sad but also reminds me of something else in my life.
I quit drinking around 10 years ago. The way I did it was not common. My body just started rejecting alcohol. It ended up being a good thing because I had a problem, so I am not upset about that. Right now I'm slightly concerned (but not devastated) about the possibility that my body is rejecting tickling and I won't be able to do anything about it.
Not a fun thing to post, but I was curious if anyone has experienced anything similar. Thank you.
