This is kind of an odd site to post something like this, but I don't know where else to go to brainstorm the ideas.
I'm from a small rural town in NW Oklahoma and work as a garbage man. My area goes through INSANE amounts of trash that just gets hauled off to a landfill to rot for the rest of time. I recently came across some interesting discoveries about how other countries, and even a few states turn their trash into electricity by melting it down. I can't go into the specifics of it, but that's essentially what happens. Basically, my business would be all about sending the trash to these other states via train (or truck if need be) to be smelted down and turned into something useful instead of just rotting away forever.
