When we were little we tickled each other all the time, she always won the tickle fights because I was the most ticklish. She could always take the tickling somehow.

We are at least 19 so I am not talking about tickling a little girl.

We are starting to hang out a lot more but I never get to hang around her house, let alone her room.

I am weird for wanting to tickler her?
 
Nah, wouldn't say weird. It's someone you're comfortable with who won't totally freak out on you if you make an attempt or out yourself as a ticklephile to her. Now, if you wanted to say, strap your topless cousin down to the bed and tickle her, then YES, that would be weird to say the least.
 
Whatever is between two consenting adults, so long as it doesn't get sexual your safe.

I think you need to expand your circle of attractive women. When people don't, drawing the line between family(such as cousins) and available women gets tougher. I think this is the case here. I'm 100% certain that if you could tickle another cute girl that wasn't your cousin you'd go for her instead.

Get out there and meet new women and leave your cousin alone. Nothing good can come from this path. I know there are some platonic ticklers/lees out there.....but even among vanilla couples...tickling amongst two attractive people can lead to other places...if that doesn't happen at least one person wants it to lead other places. No bueno!

due to the fact that some people have different religions and such and other cultures very things differently then some i saw no not really. Bmore said it best i mean who hasnt tickled a cousin or an aunt or someone like that. i mean as long as it doesnt get sexual then i have no reasons why to say its weird, and even if it did get that way i wouldnt really broadcast it but ur an adult and some countries set stuff up like that i mean heck Elenore Roosevelt never changed her name cause she was in fact FDR's wife and third cousin. and no one thinks him weird.
 
In Germany it's legal to marry your cousin, so I personally don't think it's weird at all.
 
I think there is a bit of a difference between tickling a family member and being able to get married to one .
 
I was surprised to get so many responses lol. I think I will just wait and see if we ever get to hang out more. If she ever invites me over to watch a movie or something like that.

If this is about tickling being sexual - which I believe, otherwise why would it even be weird - then where exactly do you see the difference?

It's the same principle! 🙂 I mean, WHY is it forbidden to marry your sister? Because you will have sex with her and that might cause a genetically sick child!

Why would you feel weird to tickle your cousin? Because it is sexual to you, might lead to sex and might produce a genetically sick child! 😀
 
Actually , the chances of having a genetically hybrid child is greater if you have sex with a blood relative rather than a 2nd or 3rd cousin so again a bit of a difference , However thats just knitpicking lol .

I'm talking first cousin here. 🙂 And of course the chances are bigger the closer related you are, but they are still bigger than with someone who is not related to you at all.
 
I have tickled several cousins, and I would again if I had a chance. Although it should not get sexual. In many states it is legal to marry a second cousin.
 
I don't see anything wrong with tickling her.. maybe if she was your sister it would be weird but not a cousin... I have a cousin I would love to tickle 😛
