If anyone wants this idea to run with

I had this idea the other day for a story which I thought might be quirky. The story is about a woman in her late thirties thick build(very chesty) going to the doctors office for a check up, oddly enough the doctor is it's her childhood pediatrics physician from when she was a child. The best part is he has mild alzheimers when no one is aware of. Somehow a tank of laughing gas is released and his alzheimers kicks in while she is on the doctors check-out bed. So now his state of mind returns to when she was a little girl and he starts tickling her. The only real problem is she was also there for a mammogram she's topless. So he's tickling her upper body and giving her raspberries all over her upperbody. So it's both awkward yet kinky. I'm horrible at writing stories so maybe someone might want to give it a shot.
