hmmm...

They do look strikingly similar to tickle challenges clips. However, I dont see how one would be able to prove that these are the ideas of tickle challenge.

Well, it seems quite clear that the concept of "hold your arms up or you get stripped" is quite the same in both the clips (I judge from the previews, not the actual full lenght clips).
Nonetheless, I do recall at least two other clips (one from a company and one from a Japanese show) in which every time the safeword was dropped a piece of clothes went away. So, the concept of "strip tickling" is not brand new by itself.

While your clips are awesome and I can relate with being annoyed in seeing something released from another company that is not different from what you have just released, it seems to me that, unless you legally patented the concept, there is no guilt or particularly unethical behaviour in releasing such a product to the public. It is just competition.

You'll be still anknowledged for coming up with an innovative (to me) concept (not dropping the safeword but physical "giving up") but, once you released your video, that doesn't mean that other companies can not follow you on the new concept, especially if it is a hot one.
It sounds like if the release of the first tickling video with a girl tied up spread-eagle should have prevented other companies in doing so. But nowadays you still see bizillions of clips in which the bondage looks all alike.

I would be confident that the market will aknowledge the best product.

The way I see it

These 2 themes are extremely similar. Since Tman 74 produced the idea before skel did points out who obviously took "inspiration" from the other. in any case, I have purchased enough clips from tman 74 to know for a fact that they are much better quality than that of skel's clips regardless of whether the idea was ripped off or not. Im not trying to take sides here, but for the sake of originality and better quality, my support goes to Tman 74 and Tickle Challenge's clips.

Clarification about The Model issue

I shot with Emily back in 2006 and then she retrned in late Feb / March 2007. Right after that, she moved and then shot with this new guy. I am not accusing him of "stealing the models". I even think Emily did a shoot with MTP. Quite frankly, I was not happy with Emily as I do not use tickle models and I was duped but the shoot was good so I put it out there.

My beef with that was that was how he promoted her on this Forum in relation to the shoots I did. He purchased clips from me, and then copied ideas I had in those clips with the SAME girl and then posted on the same thread of me promoting that clip with the exact same girl. ALL I AM SAYING is copy away, it IS flattering but be a little courteous about it.

Perhaps everyone commenting negative about me should review the posts about how original my concept was when i launched back in November. I am flattered it only took less than 3 months to spark a copy cat. However, Pepsi and Coke compete with a level of professionalism which is not being displayed here. When he first launched his site, I didn;t say anything until he started with the unetchical promotion stepping on my leg work. It actually made me get more creative which is good for you guys. But I had enough after this last move of his. . . .

I literally can't tell if this is a joke, or for real. Who in god's name is gunna pay to watch some inbred(in my opinion) tickle some fake boobed stripper who is obviously embarresed to even be doing this for money. OMG, watching rich, ugly, dorky, weird, geeks ticking girls, that they'd never even get a second look from in real life, is so annoying. These guys don't even realize how absolutely unsexy they make the entire video, just being in it. What a joke, they actually fool you guys into buying their fake crap(in my opinion) Wow!

I would not be as insulting with my choice of words but I agree with thisguy. It's the first thing that came to mind when I first saw this Skellyratta guy in a clip. Heres my opinion of why I predict you will never be highly successful. Your physical appearance. I think that most people do not want to see a man in tickling videos anyway let alone someone who is way overweight. Im not being psycho you are overweight there is no denying it. But Your demeanor your hair style [[is that a toupee i really dont no?]] your shape of you body will cause many people to be pretty grossed out. I'm just trying to help you out here with my thinking on this. A problem is that nobody is ever going to believe the pretty models are there with you for anything other than a lot of money so therefore they will see the models as not really having fun and as not really wanting to be there. I think the models are grossed out do you know what I mean sir? Maybe you should get another tickler person to do it. Anywhoo best of luck.

Then maybe you don't know women as well as I do. And trust me, even though models get paid, because is their job too (and thats the reality of the business), they wouldn't return over an over again if they felt gross. As a matter of fact they have stated that I am one of the best and easy to work with videographers they have work with.

As for being super succesfull or selling millions of clips, right now I am very happy with my sales. I have always said that this are my fantasies and thats why I will always be on the videos. At least I have the courage to show my face and not hide behind a mask.

There is a lot of people that like my videos, with me on them, and I will work hard to reward their support.

The fact that my sells are good, and that I am not yet in the top 50 stores motivates me to work harder into making better videos because it means that there is a lot more money to be make in this business.

At the end, this is a hobby for me, and I am having fun.

Why are you all just throwing words at Skelyrata and spreading hatred?!
I think the clips were sexy and the only flaw I see is that the producer lacks foot-tickling material. This can be fixed and it doesn't need to be... it's just that the majority is leaned towards foot-tickling? Why? Because foot-fetish is one of the common fetishes and it is stated in wikipedias that it often goes hand in hand with a tickling fetish.

Still... I wish you the best of luck Skelyrata! I don't think you're "ripping off" anything... Every concept in the world has been used by more than one artists if I may say and why waste a nice idea... All the ideas are already used so the main idea is just to make the execution right.
