Lets say that a celebrity was kidnapped, lets say for example--Mandy Moore since she is insanely ticklish all over. And that celebrity was found weeks later dead. It was determined that she was tickled to death. Do you thing there would be a witch hunt for us ticklers?

Not so much a witch hunt, but we would definetley be noted. Anytime we would engage in a tickle session or just a quickie tickly. I think people in general, including her fans, might be a little more apprehensive about participating in tickling, especially if Mandy Moore's tickler was never caught. :idunno:

IF that did happen thier would just be an even greater outting and outcasting (more then thier is now) of our turn on/fetish in the media ingeneral (news stations etc) but also the fetish community. But IF they did happen even though i love tickling, i still wouldn't stand for it or think of it as right.

I understand your question, though.
Even if she was found unharmed & very much alive, her ordeal would still be a huge story & there would be a media frenzy surrounding it.
However, the story will go away until the murderer is found.
Then, the whole tickling thing will be brought out into the open.
Would they make a Made-For-TV movie about it, like they do every other tragedy? (Providing she was found dead).
 
God forbid this ever happen to anyone. I would imagine that this website may be made public. But in all reality, they probably wouldn't go into detail as far as stating that she was tickled to death, they would probably say "tortured". Besides that, I don't think they would line us all up and interrogate us (not in the fun way) about her death, more than likely forensic evidence would point in a particular direction and they police would follow up on that, especially with a high profile case like Mandy Moore . . .whom I would love to tickle in a completely consensual, non-death, sort of way.

You bring up a good point, and when you think of it, we're actually kind of tame compared to the other S/Ms and I would image that somebody had died, from too much "rough-play" in a BDSM scene.

But there was no witch-hunt, as far as I am aware of. Otherwise we would have heard about it, I would reckon.

Man, there's nothing erotic about kidnapping and tickling a person who doesnt consent, actually there's nothing erotic about non-consensual ANYTHING as far as Im concerned so if this actually did happen (and a bit of a strange fantasy to let your mind linger on) I guess Id be quite happy to under go questioning if it was thought some sort of psycho kidnapper was on this forum. not really nice to think about really

Of course this site would be front and center on the news with a high profile person like that. (who the hell is she anyway? never heard of Mandy Moore). The media loves stories like this. But seeing there are 40,000 members from what I understand they would have to put all of us in a line up.
