If Stipplewitz was tickled while having her ears massaged, would she enjoy it?

I was reading the bio of one of MTJPub's tickle subjects, "Stipplewitz", and I cam across a passage that intrigued me. It stated that massaging her ears causes her to go into a hypnotic trance-like state, and even brings her into a sexually excited mood. When I ready that, it got me to thinking.

Those who've seen this character know that her hyper-ticklish skin is so sensitive that it can cause her to laugh to death when tickled, which clearly means it's impossible for her to enjoy it. But, what if this tickling were to occur while her ears were massaged? What if, while being put into this sexual hypnotic state, the tickling actually started to become pleasant for her?

I would like to hear people's thoughts on this.
