Would you join?

I'm imagining some type of paid service where you get free extended promos from tickling videos or comics from various companies willing to participate by being a member. More than what they were willing to put in free preview clips posted on here but not a whole free video or comic.

I think something like that could potentially be beneficial to both consumers and producers. It was just a thought, though. Would be interested in hearing other's opinions, though.

I thought that's what THIS place was...minus the fees of course.:siterocks:

This place is just fine. It has stood the test of time...we don't need to go anywhere else. 🙂

I don't think people understand what I'm trying to say. You get previews here for free, but I'm talking about extended, longer previews. That's why I said extended previews in the original post, because they'd be longer than what you get here for free. That's why there would be a fee. Wouldn't even have to be a big fee. $20-$25 a year maybe.

Reason it would benefit producers - Maybe people would be more likely to buy a full video or comic or whatever they want to sell if they get a longer preview than something that's less than a minute.

Reason it would benefit consumers - People are always complaining about not liking a video after they buy it. Maybe an extended preview would give them a better sense of what the product is like.

Not talking about leaving the TMF or shutting it down or anything like that.

I guess the drugs haven't worn off yet. Longer previews won't stop the bellyaching. That will continue. Some folks here are very vocal lately, there's nothing to be done about that. Plus, if you start talking with some of these producers, they'll tell you there's always worms out there trying to get something for free. And with this fee you prepose, how much of a percent would the producers get for supplying longer previews? The bellyachers wouldn't want to pay a fee for a membership anyway. Things are fine just the way they are, but that's just me I suppose, and the others who have chimed in. Besides, I think this idea has been floated around before and shot down.

Totally agreed. I wouldn't pay a fee for stuff that I don't like to see, I'm pretty particular about what I am buying. This is why I'm never joining any membership sites of producers.

OK, obviously, extended previews wouldn't be the only thing you'd get for joining. You have to think about the types of benefits you get from joining any fan club. For example, I was a member of a fan club of a celebrity a few years back, and a membership included exclusive behind-the-scenes material nobody else got to see, an autographed photo, and discounts on merchandise. I got all of that for about $20 a year. So, imagine a tickling fan club where you got:

exclusive behind-the-scenes material nobody else got to see - that's where the extended previews would come in, but I'm sure they could throw in extra stuff like interviews with models (maybe allow members to ask the questions and pick the best ones), perhaps throw in footage that doesn't make it to the actual video.

an autographed photo of a tickling model - maybe not something everybody would love to have, but plenty of people collect celebrity autographs, so why not an autograph of a tickling model they like?

discounts on merchandise - maybe the best reason to join. Doesn't have to be a huge discount because that might hurt producers more than help them. However, if you're one of those people that spends a ton of money on tickling merchandise, this might be something you'd like. If you're someone who doesn't buy too much, maybe the idea of saving money will make you buy more.

And with this fee you prepose, how much of a percent would the producers get for supplying longer previews?

Good question. Maybe it wouldn't be profitable for several producers to go into it together. Maybe it's something one producer could try out with their own products? Or, perhaps whatever they make off of split membership fees and extra videos sold from people buying more from discounts would be enough? Nobody could probably say for sure if it would be profitable unless they tried it.

Maybe it would be more beneficial to consumers than producers? I don't know - personally, I've bought maybe three tickling products since I've been a member here over the past 3 or 4 years, but I'd definitely pay for a membership to something like this and would then probably buy more tickling products if I was a member of something like this. Maybe it's not for everyone.

They must be powerful drugs. Behind the scenes material nobody else got to see? Where talking tickling videos, not Lord Of The Ring. Interviews with models we already have here. An autographed photo of a tickling model? Really? I got an autographed photo of Mikala Miles when I saw her years ago for a foot worship party, but otherwise, is there even a market for autographs of tickling models? They're not famous actresses, they're fetish models. Discounts on merchandice? What merchandice? Where? Where? Besides videos, what else is there?

You really seem to be enjoying this fantasy, but like having a harem of tickle slaves on the property, it's just a fantasy.

We're talking about wanking material here, not Star Wars!

OK, and now, you officially just got rude. No reason toi act like I'm an idiot just because I came up with an idea you don't think would work. Make your point and disagree with mine, but do it in a respectful way. I didn't say anything the last time you made the crack about drugs, but it really offends me.

That's why I said in my last post it's maybe not something everybody would love to have. If people collect other types of autographs, though, why not a tickling model's autograph? Certain people spend a ton of money on custom's with specific model's they like, so why not want an autograph?

There's videos like you just said. Some companies put out tickling comics. I've even seen a computer game advertised before. There's a lot of merchandise out there.

Because autographs only make sense if you get them from a celebrity. A tickle model is not a celebrity.

You have to understand that people who produce tickling-stuff do this on the side. They don't make big money from it. Paramount can afford to offer fan-merchandise with a discount when they have like millions of people pay for a fan-club, but tickling-producers can't.

Plus, I just think if you calculate it, the calculation would show that they will lose money. How many producers do you need in that fan-club to make it worthwhile? How many members would you need? Which producer gets how much from the money the members pay? It would be an organizational nightmare.

True. Personally, I wouldn't buy just an autograpgh from a tickle model just to buy the autograph. But if it came with other cool stuff like what I suggested, I might like it. And while I personally don't get too into any tickle model specifically, there are some people who really like them and I wouldn't be surprised if they wanted an autograph if it was offered.

That's a good point. It would be interesting if a single producer put together something like that for just their products, though. Might be more profitable than a group of producers working together.

Isn't that kinda what the membership-sites are all about though? I know several producers have them. You pay, I don't know how much, and get to download as much as you want or something like it. Never really researched too much about it.

I don't really know too much about the membership sites, either. Never joined any of those myself, but if I found a producer I really liked who had a membership site I might join.

Well, you'r not responding to anything I'm saying, you keep pushing your idea without any considerations to the reality. Like Rhiannon said, This isn't Star Wars. This is an art house film, if even that. And like I said before, this idea has been floated around before and shot down.

I don't really know too much about the membership sites, either. Never joined any of those myself, but if I found a producer I really liked who had a membership site I might join.

I know Coedfeet is like that, but you still have to pay for clip downloads. If there are tickling sites that do this I dunno. This would be the closest thing to a fan club idea I can think of.

I've responded to the points you made in your posts. You and a couple of other people said that it sounded a lot like this place at first, and I replied as to why it was not like this place. That the difference would be that the previews would be extended. So I did respond to that first point.

You disagreed with what I said about maybe longer previews giving people a a better sense of what the product is like. According to you, you think that wouldn't stop the "bellyaching" as you called. I think it might, and I had already said it might. Didn't see any reason to repeat my opinion on that because then it stops being a discussion and turns into an argument.

You also asked how much of a percent would the producers get for supplying longer previews? I directly answered that question by saying the following:

Good question. Maybe it wouldn't be profitable for several producers to go into it together. Maybe it's something one producer could try out with their own products? Or, perhaps whatever they make off of split membership fees and extra videos sold from people buying more from discounts would be enough? Nobody could probably say for sure if it would be profitable unless they tried it.

So, I gave you credit for asking about the issue of how much of a percent the producers would get by admitting it might not be profittable for several producers to go in together.

Then, you go on to say that nobody would want autographed photo of a tickling model. I responded to that by saying:

If people collect other types of autographs, though, why not a tickling model's autograph? Certain people spend a ton of money on custom's with specific model's they like, so why not want an autograph?

Which, by the way, the fact that you yourself have an autograph of a fetish model hurts your claim that nobody would want one.

You also asked, besides videos, what merchandise is out there, and I told you that there are tickling comics and at least one tickling computer game out there.

So, yes, I did reply to most of your points with my own points. The only thing I dropped was your point about longer previews not stopping the bellyaching, and since I already had said I thought they would, I saw no reason to further discuss that point. Not sure what you were looking for besides me agreeing with everything you said.

I know Coedfeet is like that, but you still have to pay for clip downloads. If there are tickling sites that do this I dunno. This would be the closest thing to a fan club idea I can think of.

Never heard of Coedfeet, but I'll look into them. Thanks.

Am I the only one who realizes practically nobody answered the original question? OP didn't ask if you thought it could be done or if it would make a lot of money. He asked would you join one if it existed?

That would be like me asking, "If you could have a dragon as a pet, would you want one?" and you saying, "Dragons aren't real." No, they're not, but that wasn't the question.
