It honestly really depends on the person. Some people have silent laughter, some people are actually extremely ticklish but can block it out due to not liking being tickled.

I don't need laughter for it to be hot for me. Some of my favorite videos doesn't have any laughing. And yes, of course you can be ticklish and not laugh.

I love being tickled but that doesn't mean I always have to laugh; it depends on how intense the tickling is. Just the tickling sensation, the feeling of it, is a good feeling. Personally, I find it erotic. I can be tickled very subtly and not laugh, and still be turned on by it. 😉

Oh sure. The overall reaction to the sensation is what is important. Laughter is one of the many reactions, but not necessary. It is all reflex. But not laughing does make it a little boring.
