I would start by tickling her feet from heal to toe with my fingers on on foot and the other I’d use a soft bristle tooth brush moving the same. Then I’d lick the soles of her feet and suck on her toes. Provided her belly button is ticklish I would tickle all around her belly button and even inside followed by a few raspberries and my tongue inside her belly button
