I love watching baseball on ESPN, but man do I hate Joe Morgan. He just dwells and dwells and dwells some more on the littlest and most insignificant things. Anytime a second basemen makes a play on a ball, well don't ya know that Joe Morgan was a second baseman for the Big Red Machine? If you didn't know before the game, he'll name drop 300 times each game he broadcasts so you'll never forget it. He also apparently is a far superior second basemen than anyone else to ever play the game if you listen to him talk about himself in comparison to each second basement every friggin game.
Nobody does anything right on the field, and I love how he'll continue a discussion on the way a field played a ball after the commercial break!!!! He will literally continue on from the point he is cut off during the break as if he makes note of it and sits there for five minutes focusing entirely on that conversation so he doesn't forget to continue it when he's back on air!!! He is the worst of the worst and I do not understand why espn continues to offer him money to broadcast games. There are actually I Hate Joe Morgan websites.
