A woman I dated for a while got curious once and asked if, when I tickled her feet with my mouth, did it make a difference to me whether she had been wearing socks, nylon, barefoot in heels, etc. Of course there is difference, but until then I had never thought about it in terms of preference.

The more I thought about it, out of (fresh) socks would probably be my choice. Has anyone else ever noticed a big difference/have a preference one way or the other?

I'd have to agree, fresh out of socks seems one of the best, although out of nylons would also be good. For me, cleanliness is the most important thing. That's why barefoot and just out of heels isn't more appealing. Barefoot right out of the shower is nice, though. 😛
