I've checked all through history. It is a pic of a guy being tickled by 3 maybe 5 pairs of female hands, his dick being stroked all the while. He is tied down, they are teasing. It is black and white and as far as I can remember it seemed to have not been touched up by photoshop. The guy, who seemed fairly young, was screaming something out.


If that description manages to help someone find it, I'd be mighty obliged.
