I remember back in Naples, there was a big building visible from most of the vantage points in town, and this building had the letters FAG in red on top. Definitely a curiosity...

FAG building? Dallas had the IT building for awhile. My old school, North Texas State University, had a radio station, KNTU. When the school's name changed to The University of North Texas in the late 80s, they kept the old call letters because they felt kind of embarrased having the radio station KUNT. Whenever the topic was brought up, the official response was "The call letters are not going to change, for obvious reasons." It never went any deeper than that and everyone would titter. It was a weird thing. But Dallas did have a Christian radio station called KLTY that 'some' people called "Clitty".
