I'm guessing some old Harmony's from the VHS era that has never been digitalised.
 
No, from the look of the setup and the models it seems to be old content from realtickling
 
Harmony is indeed very far off. Nothing like one of their videos (even the obscure ones, I was namely thinking Consensual Touch era).

Then it's probably a Realtickling one from around the year 2000. My other guess.
