How about IMVU?

What's the tickling community there like?

I used to tickle a lot of people on IMVU back in the day. Whether they were into it or not. 😛 I've had at least one friend on there that liked tickling though... and there's a at least a few on there that I've found, just couldn't get them to respond to me, but I haven't gone on IMVU in years.

yeah you can have your avitar tickle another avitar on it.

IMVU's tickling community is sadly all but dead. That answer would be incorrect about a year or two ago, though.
