In the woods today...

These three girls thought a walk in the deep, dark woods would be fun... they had no idea what they'd run into.

The image is pretty large (1800x1350)... just as a head's up to anyone who might have a slower connection.

This is really good stuff! I like the color scheme and especially the overall texture you've given the work. I get bored with the same "grey-blue, deep shadow" look of a lot of Poser work, and it's nice to see someone take some chances with expression and color. Did you play with this post-render? I'm betting there was a bit of post-production work here. Excellent work. 😎

Thanks very much, Dave. I appreciate the comments. The greater amount of work went into creating the materials, especially the dresses. I spent literally hours trying to get the colours to look the way I wanted. In the end, I think I was satisfied. It's amazing what you can do right in Poser and Vue in the way of creating materials and editing textures. There wasn't much in the way of post-production, to be honest. I used Photoshops "Unsharp Mask" filter to sharpen up some of the area's that came out a little blurred.

Heh, heh...that's a delightful image, and extremely good work both in and out of Poser.

I particularly like the pixie on the right, 'walking' on the gal's tummy to tickle her. 😉

I'm glad you all liked it. This was, by quite a margin, my most ambitious work to date. In total, it was about 16 hours of work. I feel all 3D'd out...

I'm thinking of going back to Dave's idea of the "Human Art Gallery" or however he described it awhile back. We'll see how it goes.

There's so many talented artists here. It's great.
