Whenever my wife and I make love we do not intentionally tickle each other (at least not usually) but we always end up accidentally tickling each other which of course makes it all that much better.

Yes. I was once with a girl who I got to enjoy being tickled, it was by using my fingers on her private parts, then going up to her lower tummy and tickling her there, then going back down again, back and forth, while whispering in her ear. I'm not sure it would work on everyone but she seemed to enjoy it.
