You know, it's one thing to toughen up a dude, but what incognito was doing is a big no-no. Teammates look out for each other, they're not suppose to do this.

I was the only Asian in my high school baseball team that was mainly hispanics (i believe all of them are dominican and 2 puerto ricans). I was cool with all of them except for 1 or 2. They thought i was soft and made fun of my race calling me Chinese bitch amd stuff. I stood up for myself, my teammates stood up for me. They recognized i wasnt a softy and i had support from my teammates.

Dolphin players need to stop protecting Incognito, theyre supporting harassment. This guy needs to stand up for himself too. Its one thing to get trash talk about yourself, but when someone talks about your family, now you really need to step up.

I'm not saying football players should be soft, hell no. But continuing to harass a player is something you shouldnt continue

That's awesome that you stood up for yourself and your teammates rallied around you! As a high school lacrosse player I too was subjected to bullying a little bit. Well by one player anyway, and it was a person who began bullying me when I was 8 years old. Finally, after eight years of it I challenged him to a fight in front of the whole team. He probably would have kicked my ass but thankfully he took the whole "chill out man it's just a joke" approach lol. Not long after that he and another group of seniors beat the hell out of a freshman and spray painted his entire leg black. Our coach did nothing about it until a lot of parents made administration aware of the situation. The result: A 1 game suspension for all players involved after we clinched the conference title, thus a meaningless gesture.

To think this kind of thing is an isolated incident among sports team is just wrong. There's a difference between hazing that toughens players up and flat out harassment and this easily crosses the line. This is work place harassment, extortion, verbal and physical abuse at best.

Why? because the players haven't been as infected with PC liberal indoctrination as a sports journalist or an attorney. What he did in comparison to Vick (Now in the NFL ), Ray Lewis (covered up a murder investigation) employed by ESPN, or Ray Rice (knocked out and dragged a female) somewhat pales in content. If he gets more then an additional half year suspension it would reek of guilt ridden, white liberal hypocrisy.

When I first played Football, I knew ahead of time that there was a Chance of being heckled at first. Being a New Player and all.

I was heckled, along with other New Players. (Having to Carry extra stuff, guys misplacing my Equipment, getting cut in front of when getting Water) stuff along that line.

Was it annoying? Of Course. But it was nothing Major. Nothing like what went down in Miami.

But at the end of the Day, when we stepped on the Field, we had eachothers backs.

These are valid points, but I would respectfully disagree with this. Here's why:

The Dolphins locker room supported him largely because some of them were complicit (as the report shows.) Vick served time in prison and was and continues to be demonized by many. Ray Rice was lambasted on ESPN today and faces a possible suspension and of course legal ramifications (the story is less than two days old, so he'll get his fair share of rightfully deserved criticism.) Ray lewis...I agree with you there. I hope that my being disgusted with Incognito (and all the people who have rallied to support him) doesn't seem like an attempt to exonerate other players of wrong doing because the players you listed above all did awful things.

I'd encourage you to read the full report and look at it from an objective standpoint. A man was verbally and physically harassed by his co-workers. He was essentially extorted out of money (they forced him to finance a trip he didn't go on) and they joked about raping his sister among many others things. Sure the "liberal media" may spend more time covering this than other stories, but that doesn't change what happened here
