Increasing ticklishness?

Hey, I was wondering if there was anyway to increase ticklishness besides hypnosis? I'm trying self-hypnosis with myself actually. Also, is there anyway to have permanent results for soft feet? I try to make my feet as soft as possible for others to tickle cause I know no one wants to tickle dry hard feet. Can anyone help? Thanks.

I suppose a thorough moisturising of the feet will definitely do. As you know, the warmer and softer they are, the more ticklish they get. Apparently, I hear that using toe bondage to totally render the soles immobile works well too, but that could be an old woives tale...
