increasing the size of image attachments, and the mainstream forum

So far so good 🙂

The bandwidth here has been quite manageable so far. So I just doubled the size of image attachments to 400k.

And if people have been holding back on posting mainstream clips out of courtesy to me, go ahead and start cutting loose and let's see what happens.
