From the look of the stocks and the way the ticklee's shoes and socks are displayed on it, this is probably the work of the clip producer "Way Too Ticklish." Unfortunately, said clip producer has been asked to be placed on the No-Post List, so chances are that the preview of said clip won't be found on this site.

He also goes/went by the name of "RelentlessTKLR." He went from posting clips and previews to becoming a request site exclusively. If you had an idea, he would try to put it together and you would give him the money after.
From what I remember, some of his bondage was really good, but the girls didn't appear to be ticklish and were hired more for their looks. One of his best was "The crazy stocks," which I have a screenshot of but don't know if I can post since he requested his material be removed. Still, the girl in the video wasn't very ticklish and he didn't get very creative with the scene (i.e., slowly removing the shoes and socks -- they were removed when the video began -- using other items to tickle the feet than just fingers, even when there was a jar full of other tickling items). So my guess is that the screenshots you have here are pretty much the same thing. Still, his bondage and ideas were far better than anything else out there currently.
