what are some good motivations books out there. I already have 7 habits of highly effective people. What other inspirational or life changing books should I get. I'm looking for books that can help guide one in the right direction primarly financial. Serious replies please.

One that I like is "Rich Dad/Poor Dad: What the Rich teach their kids about money--that the poor and middle class do not" by Robert Kiyosaki. (there are other books in his series that I also like).

I have to give a plug for...

...The Purpose Driven Life by Rick Warren. It is an easy-to-read, well laid out, and easily understood plan of looking in all the right places figuring out--why are we all here?

It is a christian book so I don't want to steer you wrong. It is an explanation of God's plan for you and how what you're doing works into His plan. I've read it twice and count on going through it annually.

It's in 40 chapters designed to be read one a day for time to reflect/think about what the day's lesson has for you.

I promise you won't be disappointed!

I highly recommend the Art of Happiness by the Dalai Lama. I've given to a dozen friends over the years and they all inevitably tell me it's one of the most meaningful books that they've ever read.

Douglas Adams: The Ultimate Hitchhiker's Guide to the Galaxy, the world's best trilogy of five books.

Why? Because it shows us that sometimes, we need to lighten up a little. There are bigger things in the world to worry about, usually.

It's a work of fiction but I find it very inspiring in every way: "The Alchemist".
