Instead of debating the age old question of God vs the Devil, let's switch it to Tickler vs Ticklee. If the existence of everything depended on who would win between a tickler or a ticklee, who would you pick?
I guess it could be broken down as: tickler making ticklee say safeword, or ticklee not giving in and saying safeword. Unless you have another way of looking at it.

I agree that if they are 'ler and 'lee in this situation by their own choices then it's the proverbial match made in heaven. Are the two willing participants? Is there a time limit involved and a moderator/referee/guy with a camera involved? Is it with bondage or freestyle? Is it a nonconsensual or more a team 'ler vs 'lee scenario? It could make an interesting variation on the fantasy football league game if TMF'ers were substituted.

In any existence (including that of God and the Devil) there are two elements at work, the active and the passive. One excites the other, the other draws in the one. They cannot exist separately.

The openness of each participant decides the level of connection achieved...each one diving further into the needs of the other, mixing and balancing them out until balance is achieved, like any chemical reaction. They are drawn into each other and become one.

There is no need for sides when there is unity.

There is only the endless drawing together of the two forces, the thrashing, tickling dance of existence.
