First, this card game is in Japanese language, so, difficult to advice...
I have tried it one time and gone to the end, but the tickling isn't very good to me on this game...
I have just put it on my Website for those who like tickling games, but i prefer the other ones ;-)

in the japanese game you get to tickle the loser. you can play with those two girls and tickle the one who has one the least times (if you won the most) or with the chinese girl and tickle her when she loses. if you've reached tickling it's saved and as long as you didn't close the window you can go back and do it over and over (play several times against the two girls to unlock them both if you wish).
