Just keep trying to load it. It does this to me all the time, you just have to try for a little while and it usually comes back.

While I can't tell you exactly whats going on, I can tell you that the characters are from an old Magical Girl anime called Hime-chan no Ribbon. Hime-chan herself is the girl getting tickled.

There used to be a bunch, but as each fills up, it is deleted and a new one is put up. That's why only one is there now.

I am having trouble accessing the site now. Could someone post a full text link to the page, instead of "here" or "cool site"

I just need it so I can tell if maybe the links have changed or something.
