It's 3 /f and 2 /m all over, although for whatever reason they didn't bother tickling the feet of the second girl (which is a shame because she was the cutest of the 3 women). She didn't seem too ticklish though, so maybe that's why. Maybe someone who speak Portuguese can tell why.

By the way, I'm from Brazil! With 7 or less seconds left to finish the second girl's tickling, the channel's owner is trying to take off her shoes and say something like "Ah, Am I going to try to take off her shoes now that time is running out?"

So I think they just forgot it because she was wearing the shoes and maybe the others weren't. Maybe they were wearing flip flops or sandals. But I think your assumption is right, because they were so busy trying to get a ticklish point and didn't even think about taking her shoes off...
