No there will not be any copyright issues because I will not be displaying or offering any material from copyrighted companies who do not want their material to be duplicated in any way (ie. TC Videos).

And you say how does that work exactly...? Well Tickle Theater itself does not offer original material and does just fine!

What you have so far looks very professional. From the looks of it I'd be willing to bet that when you get it all set up and running it will be an excellent website.
