Its the massage bit that worries me a little. Friends tickling friends happens, but I'd only ever accept/offer a massage to someone I was trying to get into the pants of. I guess it depends on the friendship. Five in a bed on an ecstasy comedown,a massage would be much appreciated. A random offer from a friend, even if I'd been complaining of a sore back/foot would make me feel a little uncomfortable.
I could be wrong, but from reading the OP's posts, the masterplan seems to be, go for the tickle and as that doesnt work, use a massage as an excuse to throw in a few tickles. If thats the case, you're trying too hard to touch people who don't want to be touched. Anyone who has ever seen a guy acting like a puppy around a girl way out of his league will be able to spot this a mile off. Its creepy, something to laugh about when that person leaves and a way to alienate any potential playmates within the same circle. Just as nobody would want to be sexually associated with that guy who goes around touching peoples feet in their sleep, people are also likely to avoid the massaging tickleguy.
Nobody can control what story plays out in your head when you're alone with a Kleenex and a bottle of hand cream, but for the sake of your friendship and reputation, its probably not a good idea to try any harder than you are to tickle these people who don't want to be tickled.
