Inversion table owners - need help

Hey!

The wife has had a little back problem and wants an inversion table. I want to make sure it is, um, dual-purpose, if you know what I mean...

I'm researching them and the ones with ankle cuffs all also seem to have a bar that you step on (and also is a handle to help people back upright) but the dang thing looks like it would be in the way if you were trying to tickle a bare arch.

Are there any models that you are aware of that would hold someone's ankles tight and give a tickler unrestricted access to helpless soles?

I'm dead serious about this.. 🙂
