Is there a way I can recover clips from C4S?

I recently lost a bunch of clips purchased from Tickle Intensive and was wondering if there was a way I could get them back without buying them again. I can provide an email address that I used when I made the purchase if need be.

I'm almost positive that you can't but try emailing c4s for a definite yes or no.
