Is this on purpose or by accident

When you add someone to your buddy list or ignore list it says untick rather than unclick is it because tick sounds so much like tickling and is there on purpose? Or is it a mispelling

It's not a misspelling. One of the definitions of "tick" is "a small dot, mark, check, or electronic signal, as used to mark off an item on a list, serve as a reminder, or call attention to something." >>> http://dictionary.reference.com/browse/tick You are correct, though, that it's but a few letters off of what we're here for. 😀
