Is this VR?

I've been looking for VR tickling videos and came across this one:

However, the preview does not show it as VR even though it is labeled so. Does anyone know if it really is a VR video, or does anyone have a preview in its VR format?

I've seen that one. I was referring to the video I linked. I like model in the video, I'm just skeptical because why not put the VR preview on the website. The preview they posted is from another video.
