iso 2 cartoon tickling clips

there's 2 cartoon clips, i'm looking for, one definitely easier than the other, the easier one is a scene from rugrats, it's the episode where chuckie gets his nose cleared up and talks normally again, and they're all at the park, and angelica and a bully are fighting over her doll cynthia, and tommy sees this happening, and runs up to the bully and tickles his armpits, does anyone know if that clip is on the net somewhere, or someone who has it?

the other clip i am looking for is from the cancelled/ off air show count duckula, i have no idea the name of the episode or what happens in the episode, i just remember count duckula, and i think igor, are camping or something, and they're feet are sticking out of the tent, and someone or something comes along and starts tickling the feet with branches, etc. does anyone else remember that clip, or know where to find it?
