After watching the cute girl at work, you know, one of those ones who loves high heeled sandals, always letting the backs flip down, showing the sole as she talks on the phone and works, I act like I am on the phone, and having never touched her, smile....reach down, just grab her ankle....she smiles...not knowing what to think....I look like I am looking at the shoe as I stretch her leg towards my knee...I lift off the shoe, she is smiling, this is all happening quick, and I tickle the bottom of her soft foot, the full bottom, with my wiggling tickling fingers. She immediately laughs, pulls her foot away, not angry just..........noooooo!
I still act like I am on the phone, give her a little wink, she blushes and mouthes...."I'm ticklish"...I mouth..."what?" (wanting to hear it again), and she does it again...."I'm ticklish"....
I get in a few random tickles now and then...but never like the first time...
