Okay, perhaps I am a little too happy. But snow is freakin cool!!!

Here a few pics right now, Ill have some more later...and yes it was like 65 degrees 2 days ago, and yesterday night it was still in the 50's.

There are a few from around my house.
Ill put some more up in an hour or two. The snow keeps piling up with no sign of stopping anytime in the before 6pm it seems.

It's almost march, for christ sake! We just got a huge snow dump on Tuesday, Wednesday, AND thursday. Plus, it is hitting temperatures in the minus fourties!

Now let me clarify. For me...a person who lived in South Dakota for 5 years, this is nothing. But to Georgia as a whole, the roads, the infrastructure, etc... this is a big deal. With all the rain we have had the last 3 days, these trees are being weighed down BIG TIME!! In my neighborhood we have had at least 25 trees come down. 2 decent sized trees have come down on houses. Thankfully no roofs or anything have been broken, although 1 did lose a window on the second floor.

Ill be getting some more pictures before dark.....
And I have just now got back power. I was without power for about 2 hours, and I am hoping it does not go off tonight.

So Ill post some more pics here in a few. In fact here are 2 more.

I used to love the snow so much, and I always love the 1st snow of the season still....but that's where it ends now....only when I can go up to Vermont to the slopes do I enjoy the snow anymore. It is pretty to look at but a pain to deal with otherwise!

Here in Ct with 40 mph wind gusts it is a balmy -4 degrees and we got 10 inches of snow dumped on us in about 10 hours..
