I found this pic in a yahoo group and have been trying to remember who it is and from what anime, I know I saw it maybe a year ago most recently but it keeps escaping me, as well as quite a few others lol. So I thought I'd try here, and see who if anyone knew. =)
I also figured it might be a good image to make something off of if someone had the intrest. Hence the reason for this particular forum. I know it's from an anime most likely a screen shot as it were.
