Janet Jackson(most ticklish feet in Hollywood?)

Supposedly, it's been said that the forever beautiful Janet Jackson has the most ticklish feet in Hollywood. I've heard that Joan Rivers said this on a talk show. A couple questions;
1) Most importantly, Did Joan really say this?
2) How would Joan Rivers, of all people, know about Janet Jackson's feet?
3) How did this come up in conversation? Joan's usually seen on the E! network, kissing up to celebrities at an awards ceremony, and asking them about their wardrobe. How would fit Janet's beautiful ticklish feet into a celebrity schmoozefest
I'm really curious. In addition to being drop-dead georgious, Janet has that strong sensual Diva attitude, and it's such a turn-on to know that a pop-Diva, like Janet who always seems to be in control, would lose it if someone touched her soles😀

This was back in the days when Joan had her sydnicated daytime talk show (before Fashion Emergency or whatever)similar to "Rosie!" There was that damn segment 'Gossip, Gossip, Gossip' where people would come on and just report pointless, almost stream of consciusness wierd stuff about celebs. Around 1993-94, Joan had several celeb-watchers on, including "The Hollywood Kids". While going through 1 rumor after another, like on a list, the Janet Jackson thing came up. Actually, it sort of went...."Janet Jackson is reported to have the most ticklish feet in Hollywood and refuses to perform barefoot in music videos". Sadly, there was no other comment or reaction. However, weeks after that I saw a video with Janet, where one of her backup-singer / look-alikes had her barefeet in the hands of a guy. I imagine that this part was for Janet; she read about a guy fondling her feet in the script, thought about being tickled for several hours during a shooting day and decided that THAT part would go to one of the backup singers / look alikes. Why Janet recast that part in the video started the rumors flying....Just my theory. But she has been barefoot in videos since....
