One of them tags it with Ice Ribbon which seemed to be where it's from but I haven't been able to find where to watch it or what kind of event this was from though

Wow! What an awesome find, I’ll try and do some digging as well.
The ones being tickled are the “dropkickers” Tsukishi (left) and Tsukuba Fujimoto (right) the twitter translations talk about a card from 01-03, my best guess is it is show 1015? There was a 6 person tag as well as a battle royale according to the card but can’t find the video
