Yes you are right but this isn't any video company,it's MTP and I didn't know any other way of contacting Jeff.People are concerned as you can understand because they put out money for merchandise.Probably Jeff is away and will see my e mail when he comes back. Also in the first post I didn't mean to put up a angry face,it was supposed to be a worried face.I know it's not Jeff's fault and he will probably try shipping out the order again or offer a refund.I have ordered from him in the past and know he is very reliable.
