I'm usually skeptical of most mainstream scenes, but I think that one is authentic. The way she immediately tries to pull her foot away and tries to slap at Miranda Cosgrove's hand seems to suggest it's a genuine reaction, plus her laugh comes off to me as genuine and not as "scripted" like a lot of mainstream tickle scenes do.
