Hey Buddy!!

I beleive the show you are referring to is an old E! show. I believe it was a 30 minute program that would profile an individual celebrity and follow them around for a day.
 
I've never seen the show that you're referring to. But Jennie Garth was briefly tickled by Jason Preistly on an episode of 90210. I posted about it awhile ago.
