It's from an MTV show called Ultimate Winter Vacation. Jen is in a hot tub with an actor (Jeremy Piven from the movie "Old School"?) getting her toes sucked.

Thanks for a great post! Lack of any real talent kept her from going too far and I suspect age is getting to her a little bit by now, but there was a time when Jenny McCarthy was just smoking hot and had an in your face "I don't give a fuck" sexuality that is rare and you can't fake. She really got under the skin of some women I worked with who were constantly complaining that she had no talent and why was she on TV.

She did an interview on Howard Sterns radio show many years ago. Towards the end of the interview she mentioned that her boyfriend (he was sitting next to her) had a foot fetish. He seemed embarrassed by it and Stern was about to go to commerical as I recall so not much else was said on the subject. I'd say she is aquainted with having her toes sucked.
