Jerry Springer dead at the age of 79

Hi, BBGuy5240-

I thought the earlier years of his show were great, some very interesting and weird people. Watched it as often as I could.
Once it moved to CT, the show pretty much degenerated into a series of fight scenes and women flashing for beads, so I didn't watch too much.
He is a very interesting person, though, and had good ideas. Sorry he did not run for Senate as he had been considering.

While I really didn't are for a ton of his show, the man became something of an icon. RIP.
 
I remember watching it in my teens, but because of that show, we did get Jerry Springer The Musical, which is, a very funny show! And I did enjoy it! So I am greatful for the man for that, and when growing up I did find a lot of his ‘final thoughts’ rather inspiring
