No, all you need is the windows media player. (assuming they're on windows systems)

Ok I see the prob here why everyone is getting confused thinkin it dont work. Just click the link and let it take you to the site its being hosted on. Then the instructions are plain and simple once your there and it downloads fine.
 
The IP address (69.28.238.149), which may have originally been used to post the clip, appears to have changed.

Dskodj, sometimes the host server's IP changes, as it occasionally happens with virtual domains. As a result, it's usually better to stick to the domain name (i.e. idling.existhost.com).

OK. I see it now. I missed it.

The original post had a space between "9" and "/", which resulted in the "%20" code.

I.E.

Instead of
http://69.28.238.149 /clips/stern/jesse.htm

It should be
http://69.28.238.149/clips/stern/jesse.htm

Sorry for the trouble. Originally, the DNS was hosed for the site name so I used the IP. Then, TMF overloaded the server so they moved it and the IP changed. It's fixed now.
